The rooms can get very warm, but opening the windows provides fresh air. The service is excellent, with kind and helpful staff members. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn, making it incredibly comfortable. The location, a little away from the center but with access to an elevator that takes you to the heart of town, was fantastic for enjoying the views and exploring the area.
